一.由于变频器的输出含有高次谐波,增加了动力电缆及电机的损耗。
如果电机需要长线传输时(电机线缆**过50米),由于行波反射引起电机端电压叠加,使电机绝缘破坏,甚至使电缆爆裂。
能同时解决以上问题的有效方法使在变频器输出侧加装滤波器,将PWM调制波形成近似正弦的电压波形,并使电机和变频器的线缆延长
